Combine your surfing with yoga with the dynamic Vinyasa yoga style. These yoga positions are designed to strengthen the muscles, train your balance and improve flexibility.
In our yoga classes, we focus on the muscle groups employed whilst surfing. Through the targeted stretching and relaxing of these parts, muscle soreness and tension can be relieved.
In our restorative classes, the main focus is on relaxation, rest and regeneration thus complementing surf activities. In this yoga style, postures are held for an extended period of time and have a specific effect on the connective tissue which gently works to improve mobility.
Our yoga classes are suitable for students of all levels.
