Caipirinha is Brazil’s national cocktail, made with cachaça (sugarcane liquor), sugar and fruits. Follow our step-by-step caipirinha recipe for a refreshing cocktail. We only use the best ingredients for our drinks – fresh fruits from our garden and our favourite cachaça Santo Grau Coronel Xavier Chaves from Minas Gerais.
This Caipirinha is made with cajú (cashew nut fruit). Cajú is a beautiful fruit originally from the northeast of Brazil. It has an unusual flavor that is popular as a juice. The top of the fruit has the cashew nut inside.
